Character Information
Summary
A disfigured street Decker with everything to prove.
Goals
To become the master of the matrix, at any cost.
Background
Abandoned by his parents for obvious reasons, Morty was raised in what he considers his personal hell; The Sisters of Mercy Convent and Child Care Center. Taught that his physical appearance was no accident, but a punishment from God, Morty has never had any reason to love or respect anyone; he has always been the martyr. Fortunately for him, the Care Center had the most basic access to the Matrix, and it was there that he found his true form, "The Master." His ability to navigate and control the vast expanse within the matrix was intuitive, but even more so, an exercise in logic. It all made so much sense to Morty, more so than the pathetic world of meat he was inexoribly bound to. Within the Matrix he could be anything, he could replace the pathetic existence with something worthwhile, something worth living for. Once he escaped his prison that is. Using his swiftly growing skills, Morty's first target was the Sisters of Mercy. Hacking their system and transferring the sum total of their savings, Morty made his first purchase; a proper cyberdeck and a select group of cheap programs. Following the path of least resistance, Morty was able to discover the various accounts that donated to the Sisters of Mercy's cause, and one-by-one systematically rob them of their assets, Now, with a shiny new Shiawase Cyber-4 at his command, and a tiny, cramped little hole to operate out of, Morty is ready to take on the jobs that he has only dreamed of, joining the ranks of those who run the shadows.

Appearance
Master Morty is a freak; even more so that your typical Dwarf, Ork, or Troll. It's almost as if he is an amalgamation of all these things, trapped in a frail human body. Mishappen and grotesque, Morty has not accepted his fate with good graces; he knows he revolts everyone who looks upon him, and he hates them for it. Short, twisted, bent, and covered in wart-like protrusions, he is truly a masterpiece of physical imperfection. His greasy patchwork hair and mismatched eyes do nothing to improve his impression to onlookers; he simply has ceased to care.
Clothing
Matrix Persona
A wizened looking gnome, complete with blue tunic and red cap, glaring menacingly towards his audience.
