Broker is a machine, he never is actually there when you contact him, choosing to use a mechanical body to interact with his customers, using extremely advanced rigging technology. Their life is private, they keep it that way. He is slowly building an empire of network and trade, and loves to "help people out" in the form of getting them good Fixups.
