Overview

A bright and cheery Elven woman of East Asian descent, Chloe has lived a sheltered life as the only daughter of parents too wealthy to work. In such circumstances, people find ways to entertain themselves; Chloe simply took up eco-terrorism as a hobby, becoming a backer of TerraFirst!. She wears an Altskin Shifter mask to disguise her features, and goes by the nom de guerre "Chloe Green" -- something so obviously fake that she figures no one would suspect her of using her real first name. Despite this, she is not bad at operational security, though some of the more naturalistic runners may be able to learn her true identity (she does not account for Awakened wildlife well, ironically).
