The leader of the Halloweeners is Nightmare, a mysterious shadow spirit feeding on fear. He's being challenged for his rule by an impudent upstart, however. This is the tale of their clash.
Parties Involved
- Halloweeners are naturally central in this conflict, being the prize both Nightmare and the usurper fight over. Control of this gang is what both desire because it's a motif both can deeply relate to.
- Pump King Jack is the mutated shadow spirit responsible for the recent rebellion of Halloweeners in Sophocles. He also leads the rebelling Halloweeners that took his side, nicknamed The Starscreamers.
- Nightmare has been the leader of the Halloweeners for years already and is dead set on that remaining the case for many more years to come.
Goals
Pump King Jack both fight for control over the Halloweeners; how this struggle manifests vary. At times, they try to push their astral influence via background count against one another, other times their underlings wage fiery riots. While they're fierce nemeses, neither have met directly. This shadow war is crucial to their goals: total dominance over the Halloweeners and nothing less. It's the only thing the two agree on.
