Overview
Some say he started as a vet. Others as a doctor. Ex military, serial killer, movie star. Nobody truly knows where he came from, but here he appeared. Johan Liebert, a Pseudonym of course, operates out of an old morgue in Redmond. He's peddles in exotic magical supplies. If you name it, he has it. Rumor has it he could get you an entire arcology if you wanted.
Johan speaks with a calm dulcet tone, often trying to sell those he helps less on goods and more on ideas. "Try necromancy" or "Blood magic is useful". If its taboo, its for you. He's calm, easy-going, and pliable to work with. He's Johan Liebert.
