Overview
Loputyn, Loputyn, Loputyn. A parabotanist and Elvar who's found a life living in Seattle. She owns the shop "Talismonger, talismans, talismongering, please shop here, buy now, going out of business." She constantly drones on about the 'Puyallup revitalisation project', which is something she talks about often. She loves botany, even going so far as to planting seeds of potentially dangerous plants anywhere she goes. Seeing it as a service to protect plantlife, taken on as her misguided 'good deed', Loputyn lives her life freely without much repercussion. Or at least, that's the outside. In truth, she's always catty and careless, instead specifcally asking for danger. She's so bored, having never truly found much challenge in life. Mercurial, estranged, and exiled from the court she used to be a part of, one day she'll return once her 1000 year flight of fancy is done.
Until then, she protects an astral rift she's found by keeping a shop over the tunnels it seems to reside in, protecting her home ground with traps and spirits, as well as her dangers that goes along with being a fae.

If they roll a 1, Loputyn gets lost in the weeds and will ramble for hours if not stopped with a Negotiation (3) or Intimidation (3) test. |
| Fixated and faulty | While quite excited to work with runners, Loputyn tends to view interactions less as straightforward requests and more as a group collaboration. She just loves feeling wanted for a change, which she never felt before being stuck in her tiny shop. If not carefully checked, the task or idea asked of her might "evolve" in a direction that she feels is either more effective, interesting or profound. Sometimes she even remembers to call back to update the team without needing to be called back. |
| Master Alchaparabotamy | While she can just sell you supplies for advanced alchemy, she can also help you find ways to nab the goods related to advanced alchemy, which oft coincide with parabotany. |
| Elvar Fae...? | She's got the eyes and charm of a fae... but something here is off. She doesn't cary the same personality that a fae normally would, instead trying her best to slip into the crowd and act like a human. |
