Matthew worked for Ares Corpsec for a while before he realized that he could make more in the open market. Well, that and he got his leg blown off and they fired him rather than finance a replacement. He currently runs a booth out of the Crime Mall where you can purchase a few basic weapons on the regular, but those that know him better know that he has... special stock... as well.
