Goals
Background
Michaela grew up an intelligent woman working for a company outside Chicago focused on efforts in stomping out the bug menace in the city. Micky was in charge of building and designing tools for fihgting bugs, and protecting from their attacks. She wasn't really prepared for the things to come for her. A research group nearby had their captive bugs break loose, and proceed to wreck havock on the company.
She barracaded herself in the workshop with other workers and built weapons and armor tofight against the bugs. But what they didn't expect was the harvester that would bust in days later as they waited for rescue. It massacured the group, only being fendeb off by Michaela after cutting her across the mouth.
She survived the ordeal, and survived being tunred into a monster as well. As much as she trusted her company she knew she couldn't work with them having survived vampiric infection. And if security forces knew, she's be dea for sure. She fled into the CZ, where she would spend months surviving and finding a way to escape without being caught by authorities. In one of Ares' assault operations she found her chance and made her escape from the zone. She travelled to Seattle to get as far away frm the place as she could.
She didn't have much to begin with, so staying to she shadows would only help her go up.
