A Dwarf with little to no record in system trying to get by the only way he knows.

Background
Gareth's early life is blurry, and his father never gave him many details about it when he got older. What he does know is that he was created as an experiment by EVO and rescued by his father, James, who was a then employee. Ever since then Gareth and his father were on the road, never staying in one place for too long. Through these journeys James taught Gareth how to use the weapons that James was the most familiar with, Bows and Axes, it was only once Gareth hit the streets that he learned his way around a gun. Eventually, when Gareth was 17, James saved up enough cash to get Gareth a fake SIN in Seattle so that's where Gareth finally settled down. However, because there was still (and there always will be) heat surrounding James they distanced themselves from each other. James set Gareth up with a job or too to get the ball rolling but after that Gareth was on his own mostly. His dad had found a living in San Francisco, where he would reside permanently. He found trouble getting more jobs as he wasn't designed nor raised to be a social creature so networking was difficult, he relied on his dad calling in favors and finding jobs for him every now and again until his dad got hooked on BTLs. After that happened James lost his touch and in Gareth's eyes lost his drive that he looked up to growing up. So he started networking by himself and over time eventually found himself sponsored on shadowhaven.

Prototype Transhuman: Was "born" as an attempt to make a super solider, the ramifications of which leave him irreparably changed externally (green hair, and a bulky frame even for a dwarf) and internally (boosted reflexes and Muscle Replacement).

Allergy to Rubber: A side effect of the experiments he went under.
