Overview

A man with a varied past, from both having come in contact with the Deep Resonance, causing him to have once been an Otaku, to even being a Decker for the IRA, he now has mostly put that past of his aside for his love of drumming in the "Wailin' Dozens"; a modern day Seattle-based punk band containing vocalist and ex-IRA buddy "Sullivan O'Brien", guitarist Martha Hallaway, bassist Johnny "Stirges" Connoway, and of course himself on drums, Aidan Byrne.

Damn thievin' dandelion eaters	Aidan's a bit paranoid about even his closest friends working with elves, and so always makes visual comm calls even if DNI or voice would be preferable. If you contact Aidan Byrne while on a run, all non-human passing elves with you must make a Threshold (8-Loyalty) Disguise + Intuition check, or else you roll a d6, adding the amount of elves who failed but subtracting your loyalty (with a minimum roll of 1). On a 1-2, he is reluctantly able to still fulfil the request asked of him. On a 3-4, he demands twice as much payment as he would usually. On a 5+ he outright will not work with whoever is contacting him, and attempts to call him in the same day fail.
Aih' know my ways round' a cyberdeck	Despite being too old for his Otaku abilities to remain, he is quite smart regarding technology and can probably give a good gist about what you want to know. He has a +2 bonus on all Knowledge checks regarding technology and the Matrix.
Gotta' few decker buds, dey'll have somethin'	From his old past he's met many a people willing to sell rarer cyberdecks, modules, and all sorts of technological goodies runners would want their hands on. He has a +2 bonus on availability checks if attempting to get Cyberware, Bioware, or Cyberdecks.
IRA Ties	Despite leaving on not exactly great terms with the IRA, he can still call upon a few who'd make finding fellow "Irishmen" easier. He has a +2 bonus on Networking checks if the person is a non-elf (or human-passing elf) from Tír na Nóg.
Loveada' Musics	In the terrible storm of this world, he can always rely on his first and only love: Music. He has a +2 bonus on all Knowledge checks regarding any musical trivia, history, or factoids.
