Overview

Angélica is a member of the Order of Hospitaller Knights, originally hailing from Lisbon, Portugal. She serves alongside Coleman Kennedy in the Sovereign Maltese consulate in Seattle - a very fancy name for what is essentially a pair of small offices rented downtown. She's in charge of identifying promising talent capable of providing assistance to the Knights - in other words, recruiting runners to the Order. She seeks the talented, the renowned, but most importantly of all: those of upstanding moral character.

While she's perfectly capable of leveraging her connections within Seattle to check jobs in the region and provide hookups to local suppliers, her passion is arranging for runners to serve charitable goals - whether in the Seattle sprawl, or far afield.

For The Cause: OHK	The Knights are nothing if not dedicated to their cause. While charitable and happy to make friends, their resources are limited, and strictly allotted to those who contribute in turn. This contact's Loyalty cannot be raised manually. The maximum loyalty upon purchase or reward of this contact is 2. Loyalty can only be raised 1 at a time, and each raising requires the character to first complete a run on their behalf.
Unbending Morals, Trying Times	Members of the Order of Hospitaller Knights have earned their place in the organization through unflinching moral character. Learning that their work has been turned to evil ends or that they may have made an enemy of a major faction decreases any member's Loyalty by 1. If Loyalty drops to 0 in this way, the member will burn the runner in question. The contact is lost, and they will take -5 reputation with the OHK.
Hang on, I've Heard of Them	Angélica has her ear to the ground in Seattle - and she won't lift a finger to help runners who're known for causing trouble or committing grossly excessive violence. Any party member with at least one point of notoriety must roll edge, with a threshold of their current notoriety. Using Angélica's services for this run will require one additional chip per runner who fails this check.
Oh, I've heard of Them!	Angélica has her ear to the ground in Seattle - and she works harder when she knows she's supporting someone who does the right thing. Runners who have a positive reputation with charitable organizations (including the OHK) receive a +2 to contact dicepools.
A SURGE of Empathy	Being SURGEd herself, Angélica knows a lot about what it is to be othered by society - and therefore, is well positioned to provide connections to those who are on its outskirts. +2 dicepool to any checks related to SURGE, shifters, or other groups that are othered by society at large.
Breaking Cycles of Violence	The poor and downtrodden are often trapped in gangs. However, one of the benefits of being known among street gangs and syndicates alike is that nobody wants to bite the hand that feeds - or heals, for that matter. +2 dicepool to gangs and syndicates.
Blocking Cycles of Violence	When someone does bite the hand - well, it's best to let them bite down on something they can't chew and let them tire themselves out. Striking back can result in reprisals that make things worse for everyone. +2 dicepool to obtaining armor.
Striking Cycles of Violence	But sometimes, the only language gangs and syndicates speak is violence. And as a Knight, there does come a time where force imposed on the weak must be met with force of its own. +2 dicepool to obtain weaponry.
Viewed from the Ground	After growing up in poverty in earthquake stricken Lisbon, the fixer's well aware of the life of those trapped in the worst parts of a city looking up at those who can afford a decent life. +2 to checks related to poverty stricken areas (Redmond Barrens, El Infierno in LA, the Weatherby Barrens in Dallas-Fort Worth, etc.).
Wide Awake	Unsurprisingly for a woman with no apparent 'ware, she is a physical adept with the ability to astrally perceive and follows the tradition of Christian Theurgy. +2 to checks related to her tradition.
