That's the publicly available information about one Annabelle Cade. She's a 'failed' runner who tried to make a career and got caught and put in the system. She's likely going to spend the next thirty years being a slave to Ares' disposable in-house runner teams, the Penal Regiments. Made up of convicts with bombs in their head and extensive brainwashing, they're hardly free in any sense of the word, but there's always that glimmer of hope that enough corporate loyalty eases up the yoke around their neck.
