Overview
A Caporegime in the service of the Gianelli Crime Syndicate, Antonio "Vice" Vecce is the guy. The latest of weapons, biotech, explosive or quality armor clothing, all just happened to "fall" off a truck somewhere. And Vice knows just the person to call to cut off a big slice.
