Summary
Ohio. That's... that's about it.
Background
As the Shedim presence has been haunting and evading Mojo Joe, he finally has the training and resources necessary to finally track and pin down the spirit haunting him with the aid of fellow runners.
The Meet
Deciding he was finally ready to put this chapter of madness at an end, Mojo called upon Mechanic and Nagitsune for help with finally putting this chapter to rest. During this initial negotiation Nagitsune even stated he had a potential ally he could summon and call, a fellow fox shifter named Ty. After all agreeing to depart the runners met near a motel in a lower class city in Ohio, unaware of the monsters that awaited them.
The Plan
When close to what Mojo believed to be the destination. Nagitsune decided to prepare themselves with a concoction of Kami, Beta, and Guts. Though due to their body not reacting... properly and some complications, the runners found it best to rest at a nearby motel to recooperate for the actual fight. Upon arriving at said motel the runners discussed how they would go about this endeavor. After some Matrix searching thanks to Mecahnic they were able to narrow down the Shedim's location enough for Mojo to send out a Guidance Spirit ally by the name of "Dick Johnson." Tension building as the spirit was off investigating. Discussions and tensions arose as the group tried to figure out how to go about hunting the said spirits. Though to Mojo's dismay Dick Johnson did indeed find the Shedim in question. But not before being trapped, before they could escape fully the last words heard were an ominous "WAIT, THERE'S ANO-" before silence overtook him. Mojo pulling away before the gaze of the Shedim could meet his own. With the Shedim now aware of their presence the runners were put into overdrive, now or never. Panicking now to find a plan amidst the chaos. Yet what can simply be called a devil in angel's clothing sent a message to Mojo on his commlink, stating how they admired his guts to go after the said Shedim despite the risks and that they would be willing to help. Only that in turn he not tell the others of what was going on. Not seeing much other options given their predicament Mojo agreed to the help, confused by the following request to "floss on them haters." After shrugging it off, Mojo informed the others they had an hour to prepare themselves before heading out. Readying themselves with realtive spells and gears, the group headed towards the building that lie in wait. All the while a cloaked figure and an entorage followed.
The Run
Upon arriving at the hotel in the dead of night, Mechanic performed a scan of the premesis, noticing a decker int he area with drones ready to attack and be deployed. Realizing it was now or never, the runners jumped out of the Roadmaster with their force 10 guardian robot ready for the battle ahead. With drones deployed the group charged forward, the Shedim was soon discovered to most likely be the decker in question. MEchanic tasked to track him down while his drones also used UV lights on whatever would show up to deal the runners problems. While charging physically towards his location, Ty decided to take a more direct route while the others went a back way into his building. Unaware a massive unbreakable Shedim made itself known emerging from underneath the ground itself. Broken-Hand and Nagitsune immediately on its case as well as the golem. Whilst that was happening and Mecahnic's drones fought the Shedim's, Ty was noticed by the Shedim. While Ty was then persuaded to attack their companions, the spirit that inhabitted their body wasn't. And as a result they remained in stasis as both fought for control of the body and what it would do. Everyone clashed in combat internally and externally, all the while Mechanic sent one more drone, ready to assault the Shedim in control... but first it had to take the elevator to get there... the music was very soothing. While ascending the elevator, the clash between the unbreakable Shedim and Broken-Hand/Nagitsune resumed. Breoken-Hand striking with powerful force and Nagitsune continued to attack with zeal. While the occassional sunray blasted by Mojo pelted its skin, blades and fists clashed against its frame. When at death's door, the Shedim pulled out one last trick... and grenade pin. Only by luck and the skin of teeth did the golem, Broken-Hand, and Nagitsune manage to escape the blast. Finally at the doorway of the Shedim, the drone shone its light on the spirit, eliminating its powers and freeing Ty from the mind control effects. The group now rushing over as it managed to break free. But Mojo not wanting to dealw ith this any longer and using all of his might, the Shedim was caught in a force 16 mana net. With the perp apprehended and a fairwell wish to hell. Mojo blasted the Shedim, for it to hopefully never be seen again.
Aftermath
In the aftermath of the ordeal. Mojo bid his spirit well and set it free. A brief panic and golem storing later. The group noticed a strange VHS tape left in the carnage and garbage left behind. The cover of it simply being white with in bold red letters the word "ECLIPSE." With morbid curiosity driving their actions, as well as an overall cluelesness of what was going on behind the scenes. They sloted the VHS into an old player that Mecahnic was able to get working, ready to obliterate it in the physical, astral, and matrix should something go wrong. As it played, an ominous message appeared on screen. Red text over a blackground reading as follows:
"Honestly, you did pretty well. We're getting closer. The shackles are about to be removed. They suspect the wrong shepherd. Hear the beast's command and cry in unison. Our time comes. The sky is with us now."
Yet that was not all the group uncovered, with their keen senses and magic they heard something even far more ominous hidden beneath the sound of static.
"A slave will always be a slave. Once shackled, there is no going back. The brand is eternal. Master's words will never be silenced. Look up and witness our moon rise."
With thankfully no magic used nor any curses placed (that they are aware of.) The group ejected the tape and went about their way. Some content with their service and others aware that this ordeal and however deep it goes has just begun.

[[Nogitsune}] I was not going to tell the others that I had a bomb hook up to my heart beat, if things got really bad I was not going to allow myself to become a oni in the hands of that spirit and would rather go out with a blast taking it with me. it didn't come to that and glad was able to help ally with his problem.
