Overview

Beatrice "Betty" Veronica certainly lives it up. Born as the only child of Ares Macrotechnology middle managers, like her parents, she enjoys the corporate SIN and everything it entails. The Bellevue arcology penthouse, a nice SAAB Dynamit, designer clothes, jewelry from best jewelers. The post she holds, however, could be surprising. Since 2080, she's the youngest R&D Executive Officer at Weapons World (Seattle division) they've had to date. Betty absolutely loves guns her corp makes: the bigger, the better.

Aspect	Description
Company Woman	Betty is an Ares yes-woman through and through. Her primary focus is her career… err, the success of the company! She will not accept requests obviously against Ares Macrotechnology or Weapons World (GM discretion), and might request "favors" (chips) in return for her help if your Loyalty with her is 3+.
At Arm's Length	She's not interested in "fraternizing" with runners, viewing most as just business. Good they buy her guns, she doesn't mind selling them even forbidden ones as long as they pay, but more? Try harder, chummer. Her Loyalty cannot be raised above 3 outside of a private run advancing her career or getting her an interesting gun.
Working Hours	Betty just doesn't care about most runners enough to risk a healthy balance between work and private life - after all, it is paramount if you don't want to burn out. She tunes out of business matters outside of normal PST office hours (9-5, Monday through Friday). Add +5 to the threshold of her contact availability test if trying to contact her at other times (very early in the morning, late in the evening, on the weekends). Prepare for much passive aggressiveness even if she does pick up.
Weapons World	Betty is a high-ranking executive at Weapons World (Seattle division). She can put you in touch with her subordinates and makes knowledge checks related to the corporation at +2, but her key focus is definitely Ares-brand weapons. She's skilled at obtaining all those armaments and relevant ammunition where applicable, from that Predator through a One Sword to the Alpha AR and everything in-between at a +2 bonus to the gear acquisition check.
Heavy Ordnance	Her favorite category of firearms her corporation deals in is heavy weapons, hands down. Finding you such a gun and relevant ammunition benefits from a +2 bonus.
Assault on (Every) Keep	Heavy weapons are cool in her eyes. What's cooler? Assault cannons. She's not an augmented troll to wield an HMG, but she doesn't want "fun" to pass her by. Obtaining assault cannons and relevant ammunition gets a +2 bonus to the gear acquisition check.
Longarms Love	While heavy weapons are her favorites, longarms follow fast behind. Things like shotguns won the Wild West and she relishes the American inheritance Ares boasts. Getting you guns and relevant ammunition from the Longarms group is at +2.
Snip(e) It for Me!	Shotguns and sporting rifles have their uses and make the corporation a handsome buck, but Betty views sniper rifles as the most elegant (if not the most entertaining) firearms they sell. That Ares Desert Strike and other such guns as well as relevant ammunition are more easily acquired (at +2).
Automatically Available	Betty doesn't find automatics very thrilling, but she does see the practical benefits. Machine pistols, SMGs, carbines and assault rifles are simpler than other firearms to make count with the least skill and just sell because of that. Weapons from this group and relevant ammunition can be purchased at +2.
Pretty Pistol	Too small for her, she still uses pistols as fashion pieces. The Predator is possibly the most renowned sidearm after all. Pistols and relevant ammunition receive a +2 bonus to gear acquisition.
Ares Insider	She knows what her coworkers gossip about. Knowledge tests related to Ares Macrotechnology and key subsidiaries like Weapons World, Knight Errant, Wolverine Security and Hard Cops receive a +2 bonus.
Wheeling and Dealing	Not her focus, but she knows people whose hearts pump gasoline. Vehicles and drones made by Ares, such as the Ares Roadmaster or the Ares Cheetah, can be had at +2.
Armed and Fabulous	Through her fiancé, Jacob Stuart, she can help you buy Ares-brand (and only Ares-brand) armors from "Run and Gun" like Ares Industrious at +2.
