Overview
A Draco Foundation artificer who created Mo shlighe fhèin and Ryan Mercury's staff. She's a lover of good drinks, magical items, and trash trids. But a highly accomplished and competent magical crafter and talismonger. While she grew up in Tir na nOg learning the Path of the Wheel, she left when she awakened as an Eastern Drake and decided to travel beyond the fog wall to better understand her powers.

| Draco Foundation Loyalist | Kiri owes the Draco Foundation a lot. If you contact her during a run and use the information or gear provided to work against them, roll a Loyalty check. If it fails, she immediately burns you. If it succeeds, you owe her a chip to re-earn favor with her. |
| Everybody gets one. Only one | Kiri gets bored working on the same things over and over. Once she has made a focus of a given type for a character, trying to get her to make a different focus of the same type requires the Availablity Roll to be treated as 4 higher. (This does not count for upgrading an existing focus, but will for replacing a lost focus) |
| Build-your-own | Most of the resources that Kiri has access to are earmarked for existing or future projects for the Draco Foundations. If you want a focus or imbuement above Force 3, you will have to provide your own reagents to her. This also helps give the focus a personalized touch. |

If you do so, Kiri gets +1 chip on you. You may not use this ability while you owe a chip to Kiri for any reason |
