Overview

The oldest amongst the claiment of the French Throne, Louis XXII de Bourbon is a veteran of politics having survived the purge since the Project Presage event in 2070's. He is also the representative of the hardline of the nobility claiming the Monarchy of Divine Right thank to some connection to the Catholic Church.

Louis XXII only recently offered to host event related to the will of getting the power back recently as he has no trust to the two other claiments, but as a politician he know that he will have to deal with them in order to get a chance. He is cold and reserved, a devout Catholic with all the problem and virtues that would bring.

Economic Graduation	The dynasty of the Bourbon fall after really bad economic decision, willing to not repeat error of the past Louis XXII graduated both in Magic and Economy, he will be able to help figure out stuff in regard to this topic.
Tie to the Corps	The political hability of Louis gave him some opportunity to get in contact with Corporation and to have enough tie to lead to information exchange that he is ready to share with runners if need be.
Royal Treasury	If the runners need to pay for service and find themself lacking money, the Prince Louis can loan them some money in that regard. They'll need to pay the sum back with interest though, and in due time.
