Overview
Mr. X, a beloved Bargain Basement street doc, is a previous army medic. He's called Mr. X because, as he pulled a woman and her child to safety, the young boy said "thank you Mr. X" after seeing the medic cross on his armband and the name stuck.
He treats infected and clean alike; despite his debt to Tamanous, even THEY recognize that offing such a man is bad for business.
