Background
Lilova Sara Pavilichenko was born in Volgograd, Russia, in 2058. She lost her parents at an early age, and wound up falling in with a gang of orphans, getting by off petty theft and other small crimes. Eventually, she caught the attention of the Red Vory, and in the interest of improving her life, she joined up. Things went well for a while, but of course, such things can't last forever. She wound up getting blamed for a botched job, and the rest of her crew ended up arrested. She made use of her speed and skill to get away from the trap, but unfortunately the daughter of the local Sovetnik was among those arrested, and he used his pull to put a hit out on Lilova. She got word, and skipped town before they had a chance to get everything set up, fleeing to Seattle where she hoped to make contact with one of her old friends...
