Overview

Robyn didn't grow up in the Finnigan Family, but she's spent almost her whole life fighting for a place within the family. She noticed from a young age that the syndicates were the ones who held real powers in the street, and so she was always the first street rat eager to accept absolutely any odd job thrown her way. Delivering messages, breaking bones, slinging product, and everything in-between, there wasn't anything too dangerous or demeaning for her. Danny Doheny, former capo based out of Capital Hill, took a liking to Robyn when he heard about her dedication and took her under his wing. Still, she wasn't formally brought into the family until her early-20's, shortly after her marriage to a mafia decker named Maeve that she grew close to over the years.

Life was good for a while. Delira had her capo's ear, a family of her own, and a healthy flow of extra income from her and Maeve accepting runs on the side. Then things got bad, when an unknown hitman gunned down Maeve in a driveby. She spiraled hard into grief and rage, but eventually found some way to cope and lost herself in her work once again. Her devotion was rewarded in 2084 when she was named Danny's successor when the old man finally passed away.

The transition has not been a smooth one, plenty within the family are unhappy with her appointment and both rival criminal organizations and factions within the family have tested her control over her territory. So far she's been able to hold onto her new power, with a little help from the shadows.

GM Notes

• Robyn typically keeps things fairly casual with runners, having been a runner herself in the past. She has zero tolerance for disrespect, however, and will quickly put the fear of God in anyone who crosses the line.
• She does her best to hold it together while "on the clock," but Robyn picked up a nasty BTL habit while trying to cope with her wife's murder. Calls during strange hours might catch her mid-trip, but she's enough of a functional addict to get the job done regardless.
• Her loyalty to the Finnigan's Family is only matched by her hatred of the Yellow Lotus Triad, blaming them for her wife's death. If there's an opportunity for a PC to harm the triad during a run, she will try to convince them to do so.

Made Woman	Robyn's a made woman in the Finnigan Family. Whatever the situation, her loyalty lies there first. If a runner takes actions that harm the Finnigan Family, make an immediate loyalty test. Failing the test results in the contact being burned. On a success, the runner instead owes Robyn a chip.
Hard to Reach	Always make an Availability Test for Delira with her Connection +3 than normal.
Finnigan Family	A nearly life-long member of the Finnigans, Robyn is very in tune with what's going on in the family.
Syndicates	Robyn keeps tabs on the other mafia families and rival criminal syndicates.
Downtown Dealings	Robyn pays close attention to what's going on in Downtown Seattle.
Seattle Vice	Most of her money comes from vice crimes, so it pays to stay informed on the illicit industries.
Dirty Cops	Bribing cops is a time honored Family tradition. Robyn has a number of corrupt Knight Errant employees on her payroll.
Ex-Runner	Sure, she's mostly behind the desk now, but Robyn used to be a runner. Her experience helps when it comes to dealing with other fixers and current shadowrunners.
Matrix Enthusiast	While she is absolutely not a decker herself, Robyn has a keen interest in Matrix operatives and probably knows someone who can answer whatever techie questions you might have.
