Overview

Tajin is an ork working at MCT plant 4030. The conditions there are dangerous and miserable, and he wants that to change, at least a little. To that end, he's trying to organize folks into something not unlike the unions of old.

Naturally, the corps want to squash it, and the fledgling organization is on the verge of being squashed. But Tajin wants to see IAMAW 751 reborn, ideally within his lifetime - which means he'd better do something about the safety of the working people.

Underappreciated Tinkerer	Having spent a lot of time working in a factory that slashed maintenance funding decades ago and hasn't raised it since, Tajin's got a good head for mechanical knowledge and practice. No expert, but he's decently sharp.
The Ant Under the Boot	An ork, working in a factory full of dangerous machinery, living near an entrance to the OU, in gang territory. Tajin knows the poor and downtrodden - both in terms of networking with them, and knowing about what they're likely up to.
Politically Aware	A basic understanding of politics is crucial to staying alive as a "worker's friend" in the 2080's. Tajin has some connections to minor local officials and maintains knowledge of the political machinations of the wider city.
