Overview

There exists a mysterious being known as Sulla, and there is True Sulla. Legends whispered in the shadowed corners of the Fae courts tell of Sulla's enigmatic existence—a being of ancient origin, expelled from the courtly intrigues for reasons veiled in secrecy.

Sulla possesses a faelike habits that transcends the mundane boundaries of mortal understanding. With a gaze that pierces the very fabric of identity, Sulla will gladly take your name, the essence of your being, and give you a new one, should you wish to make the trade. This uncanny power, is it real, or just some parlor trick? Either way, it renders Sulla both feared and revered among the denizens of the mystical realms.

The eyes of Sulla, unblinking and deep, hold an otherworldly allure. A large, dark iris, crowned by an orange limbal ring, reflects the swirling currents of hidden knowledge and ancient wisdom. Those who encounter the gaze of Sulla find themselves ensnared in a silent dance with fate, their destinies rewritten by the whims of this ethereal entity.

Sulla, a solitary figure detached from the desires and ambitions that entangle the hearts of mortals and Fae alike. Rumors persist that Sulla's banishment from the Fae courts was a self-imposed exile—a deliberate choice to step away from the intricate web of power struggles and capricious alliances.

True Sulla is a paradox—a being without wish or ambition, yet possessing the ability - or charisma - to manipulate the very essence of identity. In the twilight realms where reality blurs and dreams intermingle, Sulla continues to scour the planes, an enigmatic wanderer with a gaze that unveils the hidden truths of existence.

Those who seek encounters with Sulla must tread carefully, for the Elvar's motives are shrouded in mystery, and the consequences of a stolen name are said to echo through the tapestry of fate itself. Perhaps fae wishes you for fun and trickery, perhaps fae has unseelie motives kept in their cold, dead eyes...

GM Notes

Please check out tips Arch made for running Seelie Fae. These apply to Sulla. As well, please check the following:

• Sulla doesn't blink, and will stare at you without end
• True Sulla usually has faer assitant, Jessica Baker (also known as Sulla from Pixy Squad), talk for faer. If you give True Sulla a secret, fae will open up and talk to you further.
• Jessica Brinly acts and talks on Sulla's behalf, often doing deeds for faer and planning the long game in faer's honor and name.
• Jessica Brinly does not however know that Sulla is an Unseelie Agent

Aspects Description

Aspect	Description
Exile	Sulla speaks softly of being a part of the Seelie Courts. Is it true? Either way, runners with ten more positive reputation with those factions, or who know two or more affiliated contacts, pay twice the CDP cost for loyalty and spend 2 chips instead of 1 for any favor. These factions are as follows: The Seelie Court.
Undreamer	As an exiled Fae, much of the average troubles of a runner are uninteresting to Sulla. As such, fae don't pay much attention to them, taking a flat -3 to all dicerolls. If one wishes to capture faer full attention and negate this penalty, they must begin an interaction with faer by sharing a secret. This secret can be detailed or abstract, large or small, but it must be interesting. This secret will never count as payment for their services, merely an interesting tidbit.
Foul by Fire	Any person would steal the fire of the fae, use Sulla as a forced invitation to the courts. Roll a 1d6; on a 1, law enforcement will discover Sulla at some point after fae's called. You may choose to buy Sulla a burner SIN appropriate to the run, (Rating 1 for a milk=>6 for a prime) to avoid making this roll.
Truenamer	It's been rumored, but never confirmed. Is faer power truly magic, or is it just belief alone making faer real? Either way, if you willingly give your name to Sulla, fae will take it and give you a new one. Sometimes you choose, often you don't. Looking for a new identity? Just coming out as queer or trans? Surprisingly useful in many situations.
Astral Topography	Sulla seems to have much information about the different metaplanes, especially the ones the fae reside on.
Prankster	If you agree to pull a prank on someone, and bring proof to True Sulla, fae will reward you with extra effort in faer checks. This can include more... lethal pranks. In fact, fae encourages it.
Eyes Open	For who faer is, fae dislikes lying. Should you need, fae can help interrogations by using the Compel Truth and Analyze Truth spells.
True Pixy Squad	There are those who would serve Sulla, unyielding. If needed, fae can request the services of members of Pixy squad, active or past, for help in your endeavors.
