Character Information

Summary

A former White Vory Assassin who faked her own death with the help of a mysterious benefactor to escape. With a newfound freedom, years of harsh training and mistreatment, and a magical power that she is more than eager to grow to the pinnacle of what it means to be 'Awakened', she returns to Seattle with a new look. She's come to keep up her own end of the bargain with her savior, Kruger, as well as fulfill that burning craving for revenge that has been building within her since her former mentor had plucked her from her home. She is constantly fighting the sadistic, brutal nature of her magic and the training that both her physical and spiritual mentors have instilled in her since she was a little girl. While she normally appears rather charming, quiet, and humble, she is a ravenous little monster in combat and a narcissist who believes herself to be the worthy ruler of the world.

Goals

- Murder her former Mentor, Alexander Abdulov, in the most brutal and sadistic fashion she can think of. Preferably, with her own two hands.

- Destroy the White Vory. At least the ones in Seattle, but maybe just get rid of any kind of 'Vory' who might have the audacity to stand in her way.

- Raise a criminal empire from the smoldering ashes of the Vory. If not for the power or the wealth or her own narcissism, then to rub it in the face of her soon-to-be-dead mentor.

Goals (that she won't admit)

- Maybe finally find someone who cares about her and she feels safe with.

- Find out where she came from, where her old family went, and why she was taken.

- Maybe figure out a way to ditch her sadistic compulsions

Background

A nameless child was taken from her home in Tir Tairngire at…who knows, 3? 4? The girl wasn’t really noteworthy. A redheaded elf born to some faceless parents. Nothing about that mattered. Just what she could do-what she could be trained for. The girl was 1 in ten thousand-the spark of a mystic adept, according to the information given to one Alexander Abdulov. He was a trainer for the White Vory, who wanted someone who could be particularly adept at infiltration into high profile environments and taking out targets, especially magical threats. And so the child, dubbed Julianna, was reared in private in London to become their little problem solver. Being magically inclined and trained as a tool by a rather ruthless man, the little elf did not enjoy her time with the Vory, constantly being mistreated. Her hate for him grew with every disciplining strike, and her magical talents grew out of spite. She was raised to see others who were awakened as targets, sheep to the slaughter, and combined with a need for more and a desire to become better, to take more, because she deserved it, it was no wonder that Black Magic took to her so kindly, along with her mentor: A spirit of vengeance, who saw this growing fury in the child and saw an opportunity. He struck a deal with her: follow his guidance, take after him, and he would help set her free. Help her take revenge against Alexander. The perfect chance to end him and destroy everything he cared about, if she were only patient and dutiful. And oh, how dutiful she was.

Julianna was raised until she was about 18, enough to be a full adult and be a good little assassin for the White Vory in Seattle, where she was shipped off to once her training was complete. With both a spirit of Vengeance whispering in her ears from the astral plane and Alexander’s teachings, she made for quite a solid assassin. She would gain the trust of a target to silence them, or negotiate with other syndicates with cover from snipers, or simply blend in as she took stock of an area. She was rather good at her job, especially with a retainer keeping an eye on her in case the filthy mutt got any ideas. But the thing about being trained to be sneaky your whole life, is that you get very good at deceiving those you’re working with as much as the ones they want you to trick. She bade her time, gently poking around when her retainer couldn’t keep an eye on her, trying to find herself a little opportunity to get the hell out of there. And the way she did it was through a man named Kruger. An older man who seemed quite interested in the state of affairs in Seattle, with his hands in so many different pockets that one wonders how it could be done. The two made a deal: Kruger got the redhead out of her little predicament, though she didn’t state who exactly was holding her down, and little red would come back as his little troublemaker. An eye that blended in to help him spread his net into more…independent businesses. The Shadowhaven, in particular. Too many independent actors were there, and...well, shadowrunners were good to keep an eye on. And so it was agreed.

On May 31st, 2083, as Julianna and her retainer Viktor were working over in Redmond to negotiate work with the Skraacha, when what appeared to be a drive by came about to nail all of the negotiators, on the one day their usual sniper wasn’t there to keep an eye on things. It went bad. They pulled nothing back, even using explosives to make sure everyone there was dead. Both Julianna and Viktor were killed, their things being later retrieved and destroyed to keep their existence hidden. Meanwhile, wheeled away by Kruger’s contacts, was a heavily damaged little elf. Smiling as she was stabilized. Their scheming would pay off. She spent half a year getting biosculpted into a very different woman back in Atlanta. Then she was slowly reintroduced into Seattle, brought into Miss Onyx’s line of runners. Being so magically connected, she struck a chord with the woman and they quickly became friends. Slowly working her way up in the world, until the gem of a fixer decided now was the time to let her into the Haven. An advantageous position for the two of them.

She is going to claw, and maim, and tear her way through this place until she’s on top

Julianna was pretty much raised by the Vory, and during her time under their watch and training she got very good at blending in and disarming the people she would later impale with a highly potent Ice Claw.


<Child of Vengeance (Shark Mentor Spirit)>

While Alexander was her Vory Mentor who taught her to be a good assassin, the nameless spirit of vengeance has been hanging around the little queen since she was a young girl. It's hard to tell whether it's the one influencing her, or she's the one influencing it. But it has certainly helped her in one particular aspect: Incredible amounts of violence.

Negative

Julianna was raised for two things: Social infiltration, and making problems the White Vory had disappear. She was raised to associate that with her own value, for that to be what she lived for. And while she had always resisted it to the best of her ability for the sake of her own self importance...she couldn't get rid of it all. She can normally keep herself under control, but that inhuman monster is always lurking under the surface. And one day, it'll come back out again.

Now, Tsarina didn't fake her own death and lose almost everything, including her old look which she REALLY LIKED, just to be a subservient little thing to some new fixer again. No, this is for a greater purpose. Vengeance, and grandeur. She will live up to her Alias. That is a promise to herself and to the world.

<Asshole (Did you just call me Dumb?)>

this is...pretty simple. She's a narcissistic black magic practitioner, who has gotten to a point where lying to people is actually too easy now. Sometimes she just...likes to be rude, or coy, or foreshadow what she's gonna do to someone with an innuendo or double entendre. Whatever the case, her words are both the best and worst way to find out what this girl is about. Without being gored, at least.

Kruger is a...tentative ally. Though she doesn't view him with any warmth, which is likely mutual. Means to an end.

Enemies

The White Vory are her greatest enemy. She views them as part of why she is the way she is, and also as a massive obstacle in her being able to embrace her true potential and pull the world by her strings.

In particular, she has an absolute disdain for her former mentor, and for the Seattle Branch in general.

6 A lot of this stuff is...recent. Like, until a year ago. It's hard to tell because it isn't immediately apparent, but if you look at when posts actually come up they seem to have all been modified after they were put up, and if you backtrack from there it seems like they all came from within the last year or so. It's...really offputting.

5 A lot of that sweetness is...probably a front. Some people have mentioned she's...pretty vicious at times when she does fight. She does seem to avoid it but...when you notice the way her pupils hyperdilate in a fight, and that grin as she closes in on someone...it shatters the illusion pretty fast. She's like a whole other person.

Appearance

Clothing

Tsarina is a 5'7" elven woman with fair skin, long silver hair, and gentle green eyes. She likes to keep her hair pinned in a ponytail when she's out and about, but at home or when relaxing she almost never does so. If she does she's expecting work. When in an intense fight or when she is relishing in her sadism, her mentor's influence causes her pupils to hyperdilate, and her rather narrow looking eyes become disturbingly engorged as she locks onto her prey with inky black pearls. She often has a lightly parted smile or smirk on her face. If it widens, that is a sign that you are not going to like how the future develops.

Tsarina loves her little dresses, and is almost always in a rather formfitting one when she goes out. She'll pair this with long gloves and boots, and her black little hoodie that has small little ear buds on the side and on top that makes it look like she has little frills. Most of her outfits nowadays are some mix of dark blues, blacks, and grays. Not her favorite but it fits better with her current hair. Oh, and she likes to wear extravagant undergarments, particularly those that come up past the cuts in her dresses. She's found it's particularly enticing to people who are susceptible to being manipulated by pretty girls.

Very simple, a little wisp with flames out of the 'head' that resemble a ponytail. Very blue.
