The Vory V Zakone (вор в зако́не, "vor-ve zakonye", roughly: criminals who follow a code/a thief who is the law) is an alliance of Georgian, Armenian, Chechen, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Azeri, and Jewish Mafias. Globally, the Vory are a multitude of individual organizations that can be split into the Red Vory and White Vory.
