Overview
The owner of the magical goods store known as Crazy Otter's in the Crime Mall, Crazy Otter is truly a man of mystery. Even more mysterious is how he keeps that mustache so immaculate and well-shaped! While most people had assumed he was mundane, Skein discovered that he was actually a high level initiate who had learned to mask his aura completely during the events of Capitalism Ho! While his business hasn't been doing so hot lately, HAZMATilda has taken over as the day manager and has helped turn things around for the better. He also makes friends with cops, such as Maxwell "Max" Mourire, who give him tips about when KE will raid the crime mall.
Style
Crazy Otter is a super serious figure and is always very careful to maintain an excellent appearance. He always keeps his sunglasses on, especially at night, and his hair and mustache are perpetually perfect.
