Overview

Bold is a fairly average human, aside from his occupation. He lives his life according to the trids, worshiping and following the path of a superhero, along with his comrades Screamer and Jammer. Together, they form the core of the City Watch. Operating out of a secret hideout in Puyallup, he foils the crimes of various villains with flair. He gets funding from Horizon, having signed off on a deal with them allowing them to broadcast his exploits and occasionally stage fake robberies for him to thwart on camera when things are too slow.

Bold views the deal with Horizon as a necessity for their true goal: Justice and protecting the innocent. He is not in it for the money, but is pleased about the publicity, feeling that his actions give others hope, and may inspire more acts of good, as well as striking fear into the hearts of criminals. He's a fanatic about what he does, and does not like working with criminals. However, he is also fairly naive, and desperately wants to believe others who present themselves as heroes.

Blissfully Unaware	This is someone who doesn't think that their contacts are runners. If they find out you are a runner, immediately make a test of loyalty. If you fail the test of loyalty, they will think you are a criminal, burn you and attempt to bring you to justice. If you succeed in a test of loyalty, they will be willing to listen to you explain yourself. This aspect is unlikely to apply to characters who have the Guanyin quality.
Superhero	For truth, justice, and the protection of all, I swear this oath to defend the innocent and bring evildoers to justice.
Mob Buster	Organized crime is a blight on this city, I shall fight them every step of the way.
Gang Buster	When scum band together, they become a danger to all. When they get too large they tend to get rowdy. They need to be reigned in.
City Watch	I am the leader of the City Watch. We protect the Seattle Metroplex from the forces of evil, and the vile criminal elements that lurk in the shadows.
