Background
Red Rain was born as Syrine Patera, to ghoul parents in Asamando. Her parents, Seattle natives, emigrated to Asamando in its early years. Smugglers by trade, they served an key role in the quasi-sanctioned smuggling in and out of Asamando. The countries neighbors are in a deep cold war with the infected country, and any supplies that can be gained were appreciated.

Bilingual: Asamando is a melting pot of cultures and languages. While not an expert in all of them, she's quite fluent in both English, the language of her parents, and Akan, a common native language.
Negative
Allergy Silver (Severe) - Silver isn't an uncommon allergy among the infected. It is for ghouls though.
Carrier (Strain II): A playmate nibbled on her slightly in daycare, as angry toddlers oft do. It comes with a bonus in Asamando.

Red Rain has had moderate biosculpting as well as cybereyes installed. This gives the appearance in the picture. She still obviously a ghoul though. She has the teeth, large claws, pale and tough skin. She basically got hair added, and things smoothed out slightly.
