Overview
Crazy Eight is an up and coming man born into wealthy and well connected parents. Though as of late he has been attempting to make a name for himself amongst the shadows, though he was smart enough to accept their help and use their fortune to his benefit. Though it has been more difficult for him among the triads due to cyber and bioware implanted in his body when he was a child so he could survive. Though he simply sees this as another card on the tabel he simnply needs to take into account when placing his bets.
