Overview
A recent EVO hire, Irena Tachikov used to run smuggling and trafficking operations for the Vory, and she was damn good at it. She knows the underworld inside and out and uses that knowledge to give EVO the edge on the latest biotech and cyberware. She doesn't have a personal life, preferring to excel at her work and possibly still working as a Vory agent.
