Overview
An Irishman originally operating as an AB in the North Sea on a number of scientific vessels, Surf Duct eventually saved up enough money from talismongering and salvage theft to buy his own vessel. He has since moved on to warmer, more enjoyable climates and does his rounds in the Pacific, typically traveling between Oceania and the Pacific Northwest.
