Ex-Crashcart rigger who refused to follow orders and stay in the van so Crashcart tried to make an example of her so everyone else would fall in line.

Background
Growing up in Denver, Rose Padilla had two interests: drones and medicine so when she was offered an opportunity to work for CrashCart, she jumped on the opportunity. She spent years, developing her talent, drones, and (thanks to EVO) ware before her superiors started to take note of her excessive enthusiasm. Often juming into the line of danger herself to help pull people away and getting hurt, she worried the higher ups at the possible loss of such an investment. When they heard she had gotten serious combat upgrades, they stepped in and shut her down, commanding her to stay in the cocoon while on the job and began reducing her hours. This didn't sit well with her and she began dipping her toes into Shadowrunning. Picking up the nickname Crossfire, she continued to work two jobs, one looking more appealing by the day. In order to get in better standing with the higher ups, she made a deal with them, renouncing her National for a Corp Limited. This got her put back on more active duty. On one fateful winter night, she was heading to respond to an alert when her vehicle suddently lost all traction. She slid off the road and into the woods. CrashCart put in a minimal effort to try and find her before blaming her for the accident and death of her team. A friend found her and brought her what she needed to fix her van. He was making plans to leave the city and he offered to bring her into the shadows full time in exchange for a ride. Taking some allies with her, she fled to the Shadowrunning capitol of the world, Seattle. Now she is ready to break into the big leagues in this new city.
