Overview
Elmo has been around Touristville and the Tir for years, hunting low rent metatalent that no one else can find regular work for and keeping them moving in a network of bars, clubs and theaters that dot the Seattle Metroplex. Recently a Shadowrunner team was approached to deal with one of Elmo's clients and added him into the negotiations, giving him a limited SIN and an increased Horizon budget to bring his stable and talents under their umbrella.
Elmo has proven himself useful, and been given a position inside the Or'zett Underground project as sort of a talent recruiter and local handler for all under the table operations. It's a job that, much to his chagrin, he's taking to like a fish out of water.
