Overview
The captain of a shipping vessel that travels between New York City and France frequently, Scarecrow worked for him briefly before he found out he could make a lot of money for turning her in. After some... well-placed threats (and beating him up and most of his bridge crew), he saw the error in his ways. He's still terrified of her, and he isn't really happy to know her at this point.
