Overview

After her father was beaten into a coma by Halloweeners, (see New to the Neighborhood), Sarah Glenn has taken up pushing the "safe, runner-approved" drugs to fund her underground operation to find and eliminate every Halloweener in Seattle. She still owns her convenience store, (Shop Quick,) but she leaves more and more of the day to day work to her staff. They've been encouraging her to do it for years, but--now that she's actually DONE it--her employees are starting to talk.
