Overview

There are very few Leonine Shifters in the world. And among them Solarian is the undisputed King. The other Leonine Shifters don’t all know each other, but Solarian keeps tabs on them. In fact he keeps tabs on many Shifters throughout the world. Solarian is said to be one of the most eligible bachelors in Cape Town. He gets invited to all the best parties and often takes along any friends who might be visiting. In fact, no one seems to know why, but he is extremely well known in many exclusive circles throughout the world. He seems to be involved in many things, but no one really seems to actually know what he does. Just that he is important and to be courteous to the strange lion shifter.

In reality he is a coordinator for a worldwide information organization. They operate under the guise of the Golden Lion Heavy Lift and Transport, Ltd. Solarian is extremely well connected and has agents all around the world, in and out of the major Corps and militaries. He can often find at least a little info on most things given a bit of time to ask around. Solarian is a master spy. He operates on the same level as some of the higher up Corp agents, but is infinitely more popular and charasmatic. He speaks over 10 languages fluently. So don't try to lie to him. And especially don't try and double cross him.

Solarian is also a contributing member of Jackpoint and offers access to his Runners and agents.

GM Tips

• The man is a lady-killer. He could charm his way out of an S-K kill-box. But he is called "The King of the Jungle" by the other lion shifters for a reason. As a super-spy it is a poor decision to double cross him. As a lion, as a predator, you will probably get eviscerated for it.
• He is a spymaster on the level of the big time Corp spies. But he isn't one to use disposable assets. His agents perform the best because they receive the best in return. Solarian cares for anyone in his network and that has earned his trust. But just like out in the wild, you gotta respect the King.
• Solarian likes to get his hands dirty. He takes a personal role in many transactions. And if things get physical, he has no problem about handling it himself.

Cape Town Imports	Solarian has his hands in many different things. One among them is the import/export businesses in Cape Town. He can acquire almost anything you can dream of. +2 for Gear checks to acquire Restricted or Forbidden Gear.
Silver-Tongued Devil	Solarian could charm Lofwyr himself. Probably. If you are in a bind, and need someone to cover for you or help talk your way out of something, He might be able to help. He knows many people in many organizations. +2 to active social checks.
Magical Creations	Among his talents, Solarian has a hobby creating Foci. He can also source almost any magical gear for most traditions. Anything he makes will have a trace of his own tradition, Red Magic. +2 to acquiring magical gear and Foci.
Golden Lion Heavy Lift and Transport, Ltd.	Solarian's fleet operates worldwide. He can get you almost anywhere for the right price. Note that unless it is into an actual seaport or airport, it's probably gonna be illegal travel. But he'll get you there.
Talia, the Technomancer	Shifters don't commonly learn to use technology. Solarian employs a rather talented, and beautiful, Dryad Technomancer who can lend out her talents for a price. She isn't breaking into hosts, but can provide Matrix support on a run. +2 to active Matrix Actions.
Jackpoint Contributor	Solarian Is a regular on the datahaven. He can allow Runners to use his access. Treat this as having the Prime Datahaven Membership quality.
