The Former Commmanding officer of the Task Force November-51, Commander is an hardened veteran with the perfect moral to partake in Black Ops or Clandestine Operation activity. He is leading the part of the Task Force that want to stick on old method and to sell Black Ops service in the Shadow.
The former commanding officer of the Task-Force November-51. He was the leader of the Clandestine Operations Branch (now the 1st Special Forces Light Batallion) following the Unification Treaty that settled the grudge between him and Le Bourguinion. Since then, he gathered the best (and voluntary) men of the Task-Force alongside some recruits made here and there (mainly army veterans) to put a unit together. Better organized, he has more things to give to the runners now, though he still sticks to his operational habits (no Matrix and all).

He is an human of pretty standard shape for a military and always wear a full body armor when meeting runners. His French accent is obvious and he doesn't like to lose time on chit chat. He is beefed up with augmentation but none of them are noticeable.
He is a pretty average-looking human of with an obvious French accent and a penchant for never being seen dressed in something different from his trusty FBA. Not a big fan of chitchat, he always gets straight to the point on any matter.

Overview

The former commanding officer of the Task-Force November-51. He was the leader of the Clandestine Operations Branch (now the 1st Special Forces Light Batallion) following the Unification Treaty that settled the grudge between him and Le Bourguinion. Since then, he gathered the best (and voluntary) men of the Task-Force alongside some recruits made here and there (mainly army veterans) to put a unit together. Better organized, he has more things to give to the runners now, though he still sticks to his operational habits (no Matrix and all).

Military Intelligence Information is the key to success in many operations. The Commander invests a lot of money in planting informants across Seattle. He can help you connect with them with him as a middleman, providing services of infobroker contacts - for a price. Treat them as Loyalty 1 for the purpose of calculating service costs, with Connection at GM discretion.
