Background
Eidolon's childhood was not particularly pleasant nor complicated. He doesn't really remember parents as much as scrambling to locate food and shelter when younger, and not long after being handed a gun and told he'd be fed if he shot someone down the street. He had a knack for it, and began getting more tasks from more gangs as he could 'demand' a higher price than a meal, working his way up the 'ladder', even affording ware to replace critically injured limbs in hits gone wrong, learning from each failure and growing. He wanted to... rise above the Redmond slums though, and has entered the shadows.

Living alone in the Barrens outside of a gang teaches one to keep on their toes and pure self-reliance. No one looked out for him growing up, so relying on a team is a foreign concept to him.
Common Sense
As mentioned, Eidolon survived as a loner he developed the somewhat uncommon sense of common sense. Don't fight your gut.
Negative
Code of Honor(Assassin's Creed)
Eidolon learned early if you're good at something, don't do it for free. Killshots require payment. Anyone not a mark gets kneecapped.
Thousand Yard Stare(3)
When you've been involved in enough gangland shootings and killed as many people as Eidolon has growing up, you start to feel a bit of distance from the concerns of the average person, and struggle to relate.
