Quinn Connoway is a Finnigan fixer - a lieutenant in the family hailing from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He's been sent north to give his cousins in the local Finns a kick in the pants - leadership down south is worried that O'Malley's gone soft with all the losses the family's taken in the Seattle metroplex lately.
So a mildly treacherous mob lieutenant's been sent to wheel and deal and backstab his way into prominence. He'll do it any way he has to, even if that involves internal violence. After all, family matters - but what really matters is the Family.
