Overview
Heavy Metal is a loyal minion of King Midas. He is part of the Laesa syndicate.
He was a personal bodyguard for Moth between 2077 and 2081. Midas assigned him to Moth both because of his skill as a samurai, and his enjoyment of the club scene that she frequents. In July 2081, Moth moved in with her boyfriend Dandy, and they convinced her father that she no longer needed a personal bodyguard.
Heavy Metal continued to keep an eye on her house on Bell-Red road while he was between assignments.
In August 2081, King Midas re-assigned Heavy Metal to watch over Mother Komodo, who has been a good contact and an ardent defender of poor metahuman communities. He is currently in that role. He is still available to answer security questions, but has less availability for active supports.
Aspects Description
Aspect | Description |
---|---|
On Assignment to Mother Komodo | Now that Heavy Metal is bodyguarding Mother Komodo, his time is more limited. Any request for an active service support requires a contact availability test. GM may apply penalties to test based on time of day, or duration of time needed. |
The Gold Life | As one of King Midas' most loyal minions, he is well versed in the ways of pleasure, hedonism and the "good life". +2 to any legwork rolls involving bars, clubs, gambling, prostitution, underworld, smuggling, drugs, sprawl life, shadow community and elven syndicates. |
The Bodyguard Life | Heavy Metal works as a body guard. He has played a variety of paid security roles in the past. +2 to any legwork rolls involving security work, bodyguard work, or organizations that hire such personnel. |
Securing a Safehouse | Heavy Metal's experience as a bodyguard is particularly relevant to setting up security for a physical location. He is +2 to knowledge or active checks related to securing a physical location. |
