Overview
A former Officer of the Task Force November-51 he did take the lead of the unit when they did became rogue. He plan to transform the Black Ops team into a paramilitary group so far the transformation in slow and since nearly half of the Task Force is not happy with this the change are pretty slow.
Le Bourguinion is a proud French who speak with an heavy accent, he never back off his idea or opinion. He is also seems to have remorse about his time as a Black Ops and want to bring the N-51 on the good side of the mercenary work.
Aspects Description
| Aspect | Description |
|---|---|
| Internal Turmoil | Each time you try to call Le Bourguinion there is a chance that he is unavailable due to internal problem of the N-51 that need his help. (Roll 1d6 when you need to contact him on a 1 he will not be able to answer the call) |
| Military Surplus | Since part of the Task Force make their way back to France, le Bourguinion got some gear to spare and he try to fund the N-51 with the selling of weapons and military gear. |
| Drill Sergeant | Le Bourguinion offer his knowledge as an unit leader and can help any group of runners that want to get the best tactical approach for a mission. |
| Mercenary Contract | Since he is a mercenary le Bourguinion can be call to send a few man for a mission. Homever he will not his man on more than Medium Run unless you got enough loyalty with him (4 or 5 maybe ?) |
| Freedom Fighting | Le Bourguinion is curious about Freedom Fighter movement and seem to want to make the N-51 one of those group. So far the Internal Turmoil is too heavy but he manage to get intel on such group at least. |
| Casevac | In dire situation and if you are ready to pay the right price, Le Bourguinion can send a chopper to get you out of the hot zone. (Work as a cheap Doc Wagon extraction that don't care about private or corporate property, same restriction as Mercenary contract about run difficulty. Death will result in loyalty loss or chip to repay.) |
