Overview
A low ranking Finnigan Family grunt who works as part of the HOUND Squad, a group of folk who are with otherwise low standing / ostracized by the Finnigans due to being outside of the core finnigan's Clique.
A quiet weeb who is a wiz with the computer stuff. Surprising! Ranni really is a wiz but left a trail one too many times (once) where the Fins picked up that they were snooping around. Stuck with Spriggan after having a kink bomb drilled into their head, Ranni's been kept a prisoner by the Fins until she's paid her debt. As much as Spriggan protested, the punishment was final. While they seem to have some form of respect for the leader of the Hounds, Ranni would betray them all in a heartbeat if it meant they'd get away.
