Overview

Carolina Petrovski, an infamous name even in the ranks of the Humanis Policlub itself. She's known to claim that it's more important to demonstrate human superiority via leading by example instead of crushing metahumans underfoot. Developing neighborhoods, condemning terror attacks of any nature and exterminating insect spirits, HMHVV infected and shadow spirits are all on her agenda. Carolina's not bereft of the typical prejudice Humanis members carry, of course -- she's lacking in karmic net gain and is quick to dismiss metahumans as inferior to her, more as rivals to defeat on the path to human supremacy, but she's not above working with them if it benefits her. On many occasions, she'll even reward them or guide them away from war zones to prevent unnecessary collateral; in her eyes, she'll be the protector of lesser species sooner or later. This kind of attitude has earned her the ire of more hardline Humanis leaders and groups like the Alamos 20,000.

Her megacorporate SIN and career thus far shows clear deference to Horizon which may explain her ability to fund deniable assets in the form of shadowrunners with temptingly lucrative rewards. She often advises discretion or merciless massacre, rarely middle grounds, and awards runners that go above her expectations. She's also shown to have a personal code of "honor" to not backstab people unnecessarily and to respect others' principles, even if they might be dialectically opposed to hers. Thanks to her connections, wealth and big picture mentality, she managed to string together various metaracist gangs into the Renton Crusade in late 2081 in response to a surging threat of feral ghouls. Her aim is to ensure that Renton doesn't become a repeat incident of the Redmond Barrens, a ruined neighborhood of gang violence and practical anarchy.

Humanis Member	Carolina is a prominent member of the Humanis Policlub. As long as you maintain this contact on your character, gangs aware of your dealings are considered prejudiced against you in any social tests.
Ferry Favor	Carolina's connections with various political circles and know-how of corporate power struggles gives her pull in various places. While she can more or less make a play here and there and earn it back without much trouble, she doesn't do this for free and will ask for service in return if you ask for direct involvement.
Privileged Catalogue	The gift of having megacorporate connections, Carolina has a cheat code to gaining various restricted gear. While she refuses to sully her hands with forbidden goods like drugs, all kinds of restricted gear are something she can sooner or later finagle into the hands of those she works with.
Negotiator	Petrovski's had extensive education and experience in bartering deals as a corporate individual. While she no longer deals in that line of work, her experience still carries her far as a leader and has a treasure trove of leverage and tempting offers to pitch if called upon to negotiate deals.
One Percenter	Someone this rich doesn't get stopped at checkpoints nearly as often as your average ork does. With a couple of phone calls she can ease law enforcement pressure off an associate's back and, with enough greased palms, lift such pressure entirely. Having her vouch for you is a tall order, however.
Renton Crusade Leader	As a result of orchestrating the Renton Crusade, Carolina has pull with the Night Hunters, Troll Killers, True Blood and naturally all Humanis operatives in the Seattle Sprawl. Calling any of these groups out of the way of runners is something she can do, though she'll never send them to an ambush, even if most of them would deserve it.
