Summary

Sasha is a Dryad Mystic Adept whose fighting style revolves around getting in close and blowing her opponents away with her Punch spell. Despite how she may come off at first glance, Sasha loves action and anything exciting.

Background

Sasha was born to a Russian father and Japanese mother. She spent most of her childhood in Japan and later moved to Seattle, UCAS with her family.

Her parents were poor, SINless, and owed a large sum of money to loan sharks. They were unable to pay the debt, and eventually the collectors came knocking. Sasha knew what fate awaited the three of them. Her parents tried futilely to protect her as they were beaten into submission. In the face of impending tragedy, Sasha Awakened, and was barely able to fight off the collectors with her newfound magic. Battered and bloodied, Sasha and her parents stowed away on a ship to the UCAS soon afterward. Sasha has been working as a shadowrunner since, and was able to get her parents off the streets using the money she earned.

Sasha was born with a condition that makes her body inefficient at processing protein. As a result, she has never been able to increase her muscle mass by much. On the bright side, her body is also lighter, so her speed is not affected.

Narrative Significant Qualities

Positive

Glamour: As a Dryad, Sasha seems to exude an uncanny grace, and has caught both positive and negative attention because of it. She doesn't mind the negative attention because if anyone comes after her it just means she gets to body some fools.

Exceptional Attribute (AGI): Sasha is exceptionally fast. She was the ace runner on her school's track team in Japan, and even competed in Nationals.

Indomitable (Physical): Sasha is pretty good at physical things that don't involve brute strength.

Negative

Poor Self Control (Combat Monster): Once Sasha gets into a fight, she wants to see it through to the end. Why leave when there's still more fun to be had?

Poor Self Control (Thrill Seeker): Sasha is a bit of an adrenaline junkie.

Poor Self Control (Compulsive I, Public Single Aspect): Sasha has a habit of whipping out her commlink to snap photos of cute animals.

Addiction (Betel, Mild): Sasha doesn't shy away from using Betel to sharpen her senses.

Dry Addict (Novacoke, Mild): The crashes sucked too much.

Symbiosis: As a Dryad, Sasha is attuned to the area around where she lives. In order to avoid attuning to an unpleasant location, Sasha chose to live in the woods on the outskirts of the city.
