Overview
The angry Russian with a taste for revenge, and sweets.
Vlad is a former Sovetnik for the now defunct Seattle branch of the White Vory. He was exiled from Seattle for over a decade, but now has made his return to the Emerald City with the goal of getting some payback on the Red Vory who had picked apart the organization he built with his bare hands.
He is often seen with a leather messenger bag and journal which he writes notes in frequently, although the contents of those notes are anyone's guess.
On jobs and in conversation, Vlad is slow and methodical, preferring to provide his runners with information gleaned by careful study and deliberation, all in a neat little manila envelope along with a throwaway metalink to contact him with.
Note: Vlad will not take PC contacts unless they have successfully run with him at least twice.
