Summary
Someone who thinks red tape has no place in her life, and does what it takes to get the job done.

Background
Born in Amazonia, Wild Star was originally raised inside of the close knit tribal society of the Xapiri Thepe, but was considered a wild child. She would often disrespect her elders, and run off into the forests and mingle with society, despite being allergic to the pollution. When she was sixteen she got into a fight with one of her fellow tribesmen, and her magic got out of control. Leaving her tribemate on the verge of death. Wild Star didn't wait for the tribe to exile her, as she knew they would do, and instead left of her own volition. She used some of her contacts within society to score a ticket to UCAS.
While in the UCAS, she went to a technical school to learn forensic and police procedures, and was later offered a job at Lone Star security. While training with them, she became proficient with revolvers and other handguns. After working the beat for three years, she was promoted to detective, and assigned to the Department of Special Investigations. After becoming a detective, and looking into all the cold cases handled by her department, she realized that there was much that couldn't be done within the confines of the law.
This feeling is doubled, since the department she was put into, deals primarily with cold cases. Despite being a detective, this leads to Wild Star being treated as a desk jockey, and gets paperwork thrust on her whenever she has to go into work, leaving her feeling underappreciated. As a pretense for getting out of paperwork, she will often send it down the chain, or say that she is following up on one of the many Lone Star cases that they refuse to solve. Because she actually tries to solve cases that are handed to her, she is often seen as a pariah to the more traditional Lone Star detectives who try to find the closest suspect to lock behind bars.
Because she sees herself in a constant battle with the other Lone Star detectives, she often refuses to help them and refuses their help when they try to close a case to get the bonus associated with it, which has earned her the ire of most of the detectives in her division.

Appearance
A majority of Wild Star's skin is green, due to the amount of chloroplasts on the surface of her skin. Her eyes are a pale grey, and almost look white. She stands at 6'2, and for an elf meta-type, she is quite muscular.

Wild Star wears a variety of blues primarily, and her armor is tactical black
