Overview

Treasa (Treh-Sah) is an Elvar of the Vedryn clan. Arrived in Seattle for currently unknown reasons, she has been funding runners and advancing hidden plans. She seeks to advance the name of her clan, raising their stature and place.

Aspect	Description
Fae Trickster	Sometimes Treasa decides to steal a bit of fun out of particularly stupid or insulting requests. At the GM's discretion, if such an ask is made, make a hidden loyalty test. If 2 or fewer hits are scored, Treasa will bend and interpret the request in a way that amuses her, very likely to your peril. She will not do this if the stakes are important to her, and she attempts to be relatively non-malicious with her fun if the player has a loyalty of 4 or greater.

Gifts of the Fae	Beware the favors of the Fae. Paying off an owed chip requires either a major and often hazardous task, or one that is truly unpleasant to the character, (GM's discretion). Owed chips cause double the normal penalty on contact rolls.

Ageless Apathy	Mortals pass in the blink of an eye. Easy to use, hard to care for. To stand out, you have to shine. CDP/RVP costs to raise contact loyalty are doubled.

Magical Mastery	Treasa is an expert magician, with experience beyond what most can fathom. +2 to all Tests involving Magic or things related to it.
Metaplanar Guide	Treasa knows about the realms beyond reality and those who inhabit them. +2 to Tests involving Spirits and the Metaplanes.
Seelie Expert	Treasa is something of an expert on the Fae and their largest organization. +2 to Tests involving the Fae or the Seelie Court.
Court of Vipers	Treasa is well acquainted with the dirty morass of politics, both Fae and Mortal. Something things aren't so different. +2 to Tests regarding politicians, politics, and any topics related to them.
Embedded Agents	Treasa has been administering a network of spies and informants. She can relate some of that to you. +2 to Knowledge Tests regarding corporations, states, or political groups.
Puppeteer	Treasa has been playing the game for a while. She knows how to get the pieces in position. +2 to Tests to help manipulate or influence a target.
Tools of the Trade	While she doesn't understand all of it, she's got access to a range of useful infiltration equipment. +2 to Gear Acquisition Tests related to disguise and identity protection, electronic warfare, communications, and breaking and entering.
Matrix Resources	She really doesn't understand it, but she can still tell it's important. Or at least that's what her aides say. Anyway, she's adaptable. +2 to Networking Tests for hackers, matrix groups, and AIs.
Magical Acquisitions	Her connections can procure a wide range of magical equipment for you. +2 Gear Acquisition Tests for Foci and Lodge Supplies. Note foci as made by "Sarah".
Art Lover	Everyone has hobbies. +2 to Tests regarding Art. Also, +2 to Active Tests to Paint. Bully her paintings at your peril.
