Experienced and fairly antagonistic prime runner with quite a few rough sides.

Background
Spectre was born poor and destitute in the barrens of Redmond. She barely survived for much of her childhood, losing her parents/being abandoned very early on. She struggled on until one winter she ended up severely frostbiting her hands and feet due to particularly extreme weather. This stress forcibly awakened her and she summoned a fire spirit to keep her warm and crawled to a nearby street doc. Seeing the predicament she was in and the obvious magical prowess at such a young age he proposed a deal, new hands and feet for her becoming his assistant. She worked off her debt and continued on, now with a powerful if distant street doc contact. This street doc tapped his contact network to find one of the best spellcasters in the criminal underworld in order to teach her. She went on to do other work after getting a fixer after searching around for a bit after paying off her debt. Now after surviving the crucible she has become quite capable in her abilities, swiftly becoming a prime runner despite her age.
Narrative Significant Qualities
Albinism : Spectre has next to no melanin and has a slight allergic reaction when her skin is exposed to direct sunlight due to remnants of childhood illness. She almost always dresses in a radiation resistant cloak to help protect her skin.
Sensei: The street doc that Spectre started working for taught her much of what she knows about magic and is still willing to teach her a thing or two in return for occasional favors.
All for the Family (Dependents + Made Man (Finnigan) + Bear Mentor) : Spectre over the last few years has gotten closer to the Finnigan Family and eventually married into it. She now has two twin daughters, her partner (Aidan Kelly) died in a shootout with Yakuza. Prompting Spectre to go back to more active running for extra income over just working for the Finns occasionally. She is fiercely protective over what she considers "hers" for better or worse. Thankfully what falls under that protection is very limited, something she and her mentor often get into disagreements about.
Superhuman Psychosis: Due to growing so strong so fast Spectre hates anything reminding her of how weak she used to be and thus despises anybody she considers weak while wanting to challenge any of those with strength. A small exception is made for children but only if they are excelling for their age metrics.
