Background
Extensively modified and experimented upon to serve as a high-class courtesan, Isabella was hit by SURGE before a personafix could be implanted. With her new stony armour and enhanced speed, she managed to escape the unprepared facility, ending up on the streets of Tacoma.
After a run-in with one of Ezekiel Martin's operations, she negotiated a job as a bodyguard and sometime enforcer to pay back the damages, sticking on once her debt was repaid, eventually becoming a trusted lieutenant and negotiator and funneling most of her newfound wealth back into the operation for drugs and 'ware, making good friends with Martin's 'ware smuggler and street doc, 'Doc' Mortimer.
Isabella - now known as 'Donnager', after an old mythological entity translated as 'The Thunderer' - runs the shadows more independently now, but her old friends still send plenty of work her way, and in return she still gives their smuggling operations plenty of business.
