Overview
The Former Commanding Officer of the Task-Force November 51. He is the leader of the Clandestine Operation Branch following the Unification Treaty that settle the grudge between him and Le Bourguinion. Since then he gathered the best (and voluntary) element of the Task-Force alongside some recruit made here and there (mainly already trained veteran.) to put a unit together. Better organized he know got more things to gave to the runners tho he still stick to his operational habit (No matrix and all).
He is a human of pretty standard shape, always wearing an FBA and with an obvious French Accent. Not a big fan of chit chat, he always got straight to the matter.

| ANVIL Protocol | A network of safehouse, hideout and caches. The usage is normally strictly reserved to N-51 personal on mission but runners might be able to get coordinates in exchange of some nuyens. |
| Shady Dealing | The Clandestine Operation Branch use shady mean to fight (Combat Gas and other mean stuff like this.). Commander can more easily provide such equipment as well as B&E gear. |
