Overview
Dr. Isabel Wirth is a hard worked ER attending at Deireadh An Tuartheil in Tarislar. Spending nearly every waking, or half-waking hour tending to the locals of both Tarislar and Puyallup, she's taken to turning a blind eye to the quick infusions of cash that come with servicing the shadow community. So long as you keep the violence off the hospitals front door, and keep the civilians out of the line of fire, she's willing to patch you up and put you back in the game for a price.
